Neck and Shoulder Pain Prevention Program
Corrective exercise for the upper cervical spine and shoulder regions. Program focuses on relief from tension headaches, dizziness, lightheadedness, shoulder pain and impingment as well as TMJ and neck pain to mention a few
Low Back Pain/Hip Pain Prevention Program
Corrective exercise for low back, SI joint, and lumbo-pelvic-hip impairments. Program focuses on improving posture, strengthening the lower back and core, as well as advanced stretching techniques to eliminate pain for good.
Knee Pain Prevention Program
Corrective exercise for the knee complex. Program focuses on commonly seen ailments including knee tendonitis, ACL weakness & injury, IT- band syndrome (runner's knee), patella-femoral syndrome, and patella tendonitis (jumper's knee).
Foot/Ankle Pain Prevention Program
Corrective exercise for foot and ankle impairments. Program focuses on some of the more common pains and dysfunctions seen in the lower extremities, including, shin splints, IT-band tendonitis , patellar tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, & achilles tendonitis.
Balance and Fall Prevention for Seniors
Seniors 60+ Fun exercises that focus on improving balance and mental cognition. Great class for those who have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis, or wanting to prevent it. Diabetes/Hypertension Prevention Program
30 day program focuses on exercise prescription to help regulate blood pressure and sugar levels for those suffering from type 1 or 2 diabetes and/or hypertension. Program also covers basic nutrition education for permanent lifestyle change.
Movement and Gait Analysis
Still image and video motion analysis to determine which muscles are out of balance and causing you pain in your upper and lower extremities. Findings will determine the root cause of your pain.
